By using MelodyArk (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

MelodyArk grants you a personal, non-transferable license to stream music available on the platform. You may not download, redistribute, or commercially exploit any audio content without explicit written permission.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via LemonSqueezy. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All music, lyrics, artwork, and other content on MelodyArk are the intellectual property of the creator unless otherwise noted. Scripture quotations do not imply any claim over the underlying biblical text.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MelodyArk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
